- Appointments booked outside of normal operation hours and on holidays will be assessed a convenience fee. Under special circumstances I am available to travel for an additional fee.
Policy
- Sisterlocks establishments will follow the 3 step process required by the branding company.
- New clients must pay the consultation fee. If not paid after receiving a reminder text or email the appointment will be canceled.
- The deposit for sisterlocks and microlocs must be paid l before the desired appointment date(s) are locked in. A reminder to pay will be sent out before the appointment is canceled.
- The full balance for the establishment is to be paid before the service is complete. Paid in cash.
- Guest and Children are not allowed if they are not being serviced. Nursing infants are welcome.
- No call no show- After 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled. In some instances a service may start late but only if time permits. If you will be late call and confirm if the appointment can continue. A client who doesn’t communicate can not reschedule or book further appointments.

Deposit and Consultation Fee

To secure your appointment please pay the deposit/consultation fee. This payment goes towards your total cost of service. The fee is refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

Clients are advised to maintain a 4, 5 or 6 week schedule. Book your appointments in advanced and on the schedule that has been recommended by Terri. Extending your schedule can compromise the Integrity of your Locs, the cleanness of your grid, and result in longer retie sessions and extra cost.
There are three key factors that affect that length of your appointment. The Loctician’s speed, the length of time between maintenance appointments and the length of your hair. With my current speed and skill the average routine maintenance appointment can be completed in under 4 hours. It your reties are consistently averaging 4 or more hours ask yourself a few questions. Am I stretching my maintenance past my recommended 4, 5 or 6 week schedule? Do I have a lot of growth and marrying of the locks? Is it necessary for my Loctician to do a lot of separating or snipping of the locs? If the answer is yes to these questions then revisit the maintenance schedule with your Loctician so that the appointment time will not continue to be extended.
